“ATTENTION!!! DOM MARSH, abbey, and Dan (shuttle driver) helped me so much. I’ve driven across the country for work the last several weeks in my truck and needed an urgent oil change/ service. I’m a single Dad with two crazy toddlers. It’s a PAIN in the rear to do errands like this in the middle of the day to say the least. DOM MARSH with the service department saw this and got my truck immediately in the process while securing me a shuttle home (with my boys). About an hour later, he personally drove my truck to my house and got shuttled back himself. Not only that, my service was covered. I’ve always come to Earnhardt and will continue to do so. If my truck with 60,000 miles wasn’t paid off I’d buy a new truck TODAY for that type of service/ care. Next time I crash or am in the truck market, I’m coming here. “Wow, what a awesome morning. MJ is awesome and a God sent Angel we got to glance at on Sunday while it was late evening few hours to close. Decided to go back Monday evening and the best experience started from the time we had one on one with MJ. He was very patience, listened to all my son needed and it went from there.
