“I’ve never written a review before, but after my experience with this place, I feel like I have to. I should’ve listened to the other reviews.
I live 1.5 hours away and even took the day off to make the trip. Before going, a salesperson assured me they were willing to negotiate and that “a deal would be made.” That couldn’t have been further from the truth.
The test drive was fine, but once we sat down, they hit me with a price $2,000 higher than the online listing. The listed price assumes you qualify for three rebates — Student, Military, and Returning Customer — which almost no one qualifies for all at once. So the online price is basically meaningless.
They then low‑balled my trade‑in and refused to move even $500 on the price. At that point, it made perfect sense why they have 200+ cars sitting on their lot.
I wasted a day off and a 3‑hour round trip for nothing. Misleading pricing and zero willingness to negotiate. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere honest.”

“Basically refused to say anything through text messages before arriving. Traveled too far and test drove a nice car and had a very nice salesman. Asking price was $17490. Sat down to discuss, they said that was the best price if you qualified for 3 rebates. One for military, one for return buyer in last 3 years, and one for if you are a recent college graduate, totaling somewhere in the $2500 range. Now the car was at a starting price of over $20,000. I stayed for one more question. He asked if I was going to finance or pay cash? I said cash, he said there is a $2000 fee for paying in cash. So to recap a car posted for $17490 was over $22,000, 2 minutes after the test drive. Don’t travel to this place without reading all the fine print.
Advertised pricing may include applicable manufacturer and/or dealer incentives. Not all customers will qualify for all incentives or rebates. Eligibility requirements apply and must be verified at the time of purchase. Available incentives may include, but are not limited to: a $795 college graduate rebate (for customers who graduated within the past 12 months), a $745 military rebate (for active duty or qualifying veterans), and a $995 customer loyalty rebate (for customers who purchased a vehicle from the dealership within the past 3 years). Incentives are subject to change or termination without notice and may not be combined with all offers.”

“Worked with Matt and ended up with a car that I really like. Maybe more than I intended to spend, but Matt was helpful and honest and not pushy. It was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had.”

“I worked with Matt and he helped me purchase a Q3 Audi. I thank him so much and he is very good at what he does :)
- Updating my review from when I first got my 2022 Audi Q3. I had traded in my reliable car that I did not have issues with and I have been experiencing issues since this new car and have been paying out of pocket as I have a “warranty”. I’ve never had to constantly take a car to a shop the way I have been with this one. Let alone my Volkswagen I traded in was never in the shop for issues like this. I feel as if this dealership does not care if you have further problems with the cars they sell and they do not talk about problems with the cars because they do not want to steer you away from making a sale with them. All they care about is that they got your money and the final sale is done it seems. I’m stuck with constant problems, I’m very disappointed and regret my choices. In this economy, the money I’m putting into this car when it’s the last thing I should be putting money into is very upsetting. Thanks for reading!”

“Unethical practices! listing with low price to get you in, but then adds $1500-2000+ other fees when you are in. I came with a car paint meter gauge and found lots cars have been repaired but they DO NOT DISCLOSE! They bought most of their cars from AUCTIONS, Buyers beware!!!”
