“I’ve got to say, Puyallup Mazda absolutely blew away my expectations… again! My husband and I shopped with this lot 6 years ago and absolutely loved our CX-3. “Great experience overall! I worked with Jose and drove over from Spokane, so I sent him the cars I was interested in ahead of time (somewhat last minute too- only the day before). He had them pulled up front and ready for when I arrived, which made everything incredibly easy. Jose is super personable, hardworking, and respectful of your time, he made the whole process easy and fairly stress free (I mean you are buying a new car after all). It did take a while to meet with the finance team, but once I got there Chuck was very efficient and kept everything simple once we got started. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, even down to the sales representative Tugg who was very professional (would be better if he was a Coug fan though haha)!
