Korum Ford (Puyallup) handled my situation poorly after warranty rear window glass service on my 2023 F-150. When I picked the truck up, I found paint damage around the rear window area and documented/reported it immediately. The issue wasn’t that I refused repair — it was the process and communication. I repeatedly asked the service lane manager for a clear, written repair scope/estimate outlining what operations would be performed to restore the finish to OEM standards before I consented. Instead, I was asked multiple times to approve repairs without any written scope. Communication became dismissive and I was ultimately told Korum would not be responsible, even though the damage occurred during the warranty service process with a subcontracted vendor. I ended up filing through my insurer to get the truck repaired properly at a collision facility. If you’re dealing with warranty-related damage, get everything in writing and be prepared to escalate.

My experience buying a car at Korum Ford was excellent. They were honest straightforward with me no back-and-forth it was either they could do it or they couldn’t we made it happen and I bought a new 2025 Ford Bronco very happy with our experience.

If I could give this place a negative star review I would! I bought a 2012 challenger SRT8 pulled the vin report myself before even going out to look at it and it was involved in a "minor" accident. Korum Ford deliberately tried to hide issues with the car. Examples: wood screws holding pieces together Electrical tape holding parts of the bumper together Harmonical Balancer just sitting on the bottom of engine bay Random nuts/bolts holding most of front bumper on/together When I found these problems and called to see if there was something we could work out I was told by management that "that's my problem, you bought a used car and should of known there would be issues" I get this to a degree but you mean to tell me that even the little bit of work that was done on it by Korum (new tires, oil pan gasket, rear passenger control arm) that you did not see these issues?!?!? You DID and ignored them. I did not do my due diligence by getting it inspected by a mechanic before purchasing but this is beyond slimy and is extremely bad business. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE PERIOD!!!!!! I am not the first not the last customer that this will happen to. READ more than 1 page of reviews and you will see that most used car sales from here are absolute trash. TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS TO A HONEST DEALERSHIP, Korum is not one in any shape or form.

Paul, Jeff and Joe… let’s just say, all three of them are the bomb.com! Each and everyone of them listened carefully to what I really wanted and didn’t want during my experience finding a vehicle. I spent most of my time with Paul, I cannot express how thankful I am for his honesty and knowledge with every question/concern I had about any vehicle I had been interested in. Not to mention, his willingness to help me learn about all the bells and whistles my new vehicle has to offer! He told me when I had time to swing by the dealership, he would be more than happy to show me how this fancy car works, (Like parallel park assist!) 👀 anyways, hands down this has been the absolute best experience that I’ve ever gone through at a dealership!
