“If you’re Spanish speaking I would recommend bringing a family member or someone you trust to accompany you. Say they have Spanish service but didn’t once offer the service. When I purchased the car they had me waiting for quite a while and almost didn’t seem to care much about my purchase. Maybe because it was a used car but I feel like the service should be the same. I read so many great reviews about other people’s experiences but unfortunately didn’t receive that same experience.”
