“Horrible experience I went in with my boyfriend to finance a 2021 jeep wrangler and they checked both our credit, they said we were able to do it, so we decided to move on with the process they asked for paystubs which we had , we provided bank statements then we left the money for the down payment for the vehicle . They told us to put full cover insurance & we can pick it up the following morning . I called the insurance company and took out a fullcover insurance policy , so in the morning we are ready to pick up the jeep and take it out the lot , everything turned around it was like starting from scratch back to the beginning everyone in the office was working on our paper work that’s something I didn’t like . They were asking more stuff from us , it was like jumping hoops . I personally never experienced something like that before very unprofessional and I’m talking about the whole office . We went the next day the jeep was gone , they offered it to someone else . Shady wack move. My credit went down thanks to them. Very unprofessional cause they will run your credit more then 1x . No star !”
