“I purchased my 2022 Mustang Mach-E from this location. The buying experience was pleasant—I believe the team did a great job, and I absolutely love my car. In mid-2023, after about 40,000 miles, the car was due for a regular maintenance checkup. That’s when I noticed something had changed in the service department—either new management or a separate team. Scheduling was chaotic. Long story short, they serviced my vehicle, but the experience left me not wanting to deal with the Prairieville location again. Since then, I’ve had a few issues, including the main wiring harness, a high-voltage switch, and 2–3 recalls—all covered under warranty. I had all of these handled at the Denham Springs location. Their staff took care of everything in an organized and professional manner. I have zero complaints about them, other than the fact that they’re about an hour away from my home. After more than two years of excellent service at Denham, I called Prairieville again when my AC started acting up. They scheduled me and even had a loaner ready, which I appreciated. I left my car for diagnosis and repair. I checked in periodically, but after two weeks, there was no progress. Since I had a loaner, I wasn’t too concerned—until they called and told me I had to return the loaner and take my Mustang to Denham for repairs. Their explanation was vague—something about Denham having worked on it before—after two weeks of my car sitting untouched. Why accept the car in the first place? Did they lose their EV tech? At one point, they told me parts were ordered. Later, they said parts were on-site and repairs would take “a couple of days.” Then “tomorrow.” Finally, they called me to pick up the car in the same condition as when I dropped it off. The Allstar Ford service department at Prairieville has been absolutely terrible every time I’ve tried to use them. I love the Mustang Mach-E and will buy another EV, but not from this location because of the poor service management. I would not recommend anyone do business here. On the other hand, Chelcy and the team at Denham Springs are excellent. They’ve handled everything I’ve needed with professionalism and care. I just wish they were closer to Prairieville.”

“Update: Ford fixed and cleaned my driveway for the most part. Thanks! Keep the mobile oil change service. It is a blessing. I purchased a home on May 28, 2024, and scheduled an oil change with All Star Ford Prairieville, LA Mobile Service on June 14, 2024. The Ford truck malfunctions and spills oil in my new driveway and partly in my grass. A manager has been nice and has tried to clean up the oil and fix the driveway personally, but my driveway is still damaged. I need this fixed as soon as possible. I don't want to have to sue All-Star Ford for damages. This incident need to be reported formally and addressed. I also need documentation for the work done on my vehicle on June 14, 2024. I will update the review when the situation is resolved. I understand accidents happen, but when they do, the responsible party should make whole any damages caused with restitution.”
