“We recently purchased a vehicle that had been used as a loaner for the dealership. The vehicle had approximately 8000 miles on it. The sales person was great and the purchase was fine. However, they only gave us one key for the vehicle. Since the vehicle had been with the dealership the entire time and we were the first owners, we expected to get a second key. They advised us that they could not locate the second key and we would have to purchase a second key for Approximately $500. I felt that the dealership should provide us a second key given that they had misplaced it. I reached out to two different managers via voicemail and email and neither contacted me. I reached out to my sales person who advised me that his manager would call me, but he never did. I feel like this is very poor customer service post purchase. Instead of disregarding my request for a call back, the least they could do is have a conversation with me about not being able to provide a second key to us. This has left a really negative impression with my husband and I. Clearly once the sale was complete, they were done with us. We would not send friends to the dealership.”
