“Let me say this has been the most pleasant, fun, genuine, and quick vehicle purchase I have experienced!!! Amanda heard from my family member that I was looking for a new Tesla after my first one was rear ended at 35-40mph while I was idle waiting for the car in front of me to turn. I had not even made the first payment on my first Tesla, therefore, having to deal with the person’s insurance, appraisers, shops, my lien holders, small claims court, etc… Aside from dealing with a divorce, equity battle, child support, and all the additional stress. I honestly lost hope in being able to be in a new Tesla any time soon, as both issues are currently still attempting to finalize. However, during work one day, I had an unknown number call and I couldn’t answer, but Amanda followed with a text introducing herself and her reason for reaching out. She was so patient with working via text messages with me until I was able to get off work and have a call with her. I knew once I heard her voice, her personality just felt so welcoming and warm. Her customer service is beyond phenomenal and in our current days, that is rare to find! Amanda put in extra efforts she did not need to, to get the banks to understand my situation for my credit score. And she communicated everything to flawlessly with me. TBH I thought I was dreaming through the process, because she made it seem so easy and the timing was God’s blessing… I am crying writing this review because my appreciation for Amanda and the team she works with, is unexplainable. The night I was able to meet the team in person, I felt very welcomed. Spiritually, each individual felt genuine and looked happy to be working. The laughter we all shared. The knowledge they had for their work, you can tell they can do the work with their eyes closed! I truly appreciate my experience here and each day I continue to grow more and more respect for them as they consistently check in with me after the purchasing day just to make sure I am ok, the vehicle is ok, and to just communicate the next steps in the process. Amanda, again, I cannot thank you enough for all the effort you put forth, the customer service, the welcoming presence, the easy and quick process, and just being you! I didn’t just gain a vehicle, I gained a whole supportive team!”
