ā€œTook my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse(bought from AW) in for its first oil change today. I did not have an appointment so I wasn’t sure how long it would take or if they could get me in at all. Celeste the service consultant was very upfront with me. She told me they had 2 scheduled appointments before me so if they both showed up it could be a wait. She said she could definitely get it done today if we were willing to wait. We decided to wait. They were even nice enough to give us a ride to chili’s to have lunch. When we were done, we called Celeste back and she had someone come right back and pick us up. To our delight, when we drove up, my car was ready to go! They even gave her a wash! Celeste was very thorough and very helpful all the way around! I’m from Orange Grove and Portland is a bit of a drive but the service we have received will for sure keep us loyal customers. Thank you again!ā€
