“I bought a new vehicle at Ron Tonkin Toyota and traded in my old vehicle; the first time I've bought from them (even though I've bought from their adjoining Mazda dealership before). I have bought and sold a lot of cars in recent years, with some good and some bad experiences, but this experience was fantastic. The sales person I worked with, Caitlin, was absolutely fantastic, easily the best car sales person I've ever worked with. She was able to answer ALL of my nuanced questions about the differences between different trim levels, options, packages, how the features worked, best practices for best results. She was amazing. She was able to speak to their inventory and show me various comparable vehicles to what I was looking for and made great suggestions. She was able to easily answer my up-front questions about finance options as well. Again, she was easily the best car sales person I've ever worked with and she was very knowledgeable. After many car transactions over the years, this positive experience with everything at Ron Tonkin Toyota, but especially their transparent process and excellent sales people like Caitlin, I would try to buy future vehicles with them as well. Financing was also straightforward and they gave me a fair trade-in price without me having to fight against a lowball offer. They explained everything at every step as good or better as any dealership I've ever worked with. And I have bought cars from many dealerships around the Portland area.”

“Huge shout out to Bryant on our Grand Highlander! A lot of places ask for 5 star reviews, all I have learned is places/people that deserve 5 stars don’t ask or mention reviews ever. Bryant took excellent care of us and gave the actual service I would write a review for. He never mentioned asking for anything at the end of the deal. I made a point to ask if there was anywhere I could say something good about him or that reflected him well. He was pretty sincere, and told us where ever we wanted. But, we didn’t need too. He preferred we be honest about our experience. That’s genuine, caring about the customer, caring how the business can improve, and what reviews are actually meant for! He was professional, easy to deal with on our purchase of a Grand Highlander. Appreciated his honesty, directness, and being very reasonable/pragmatic. My wife usually cannot stand most car sales people, she enjoyed Bryant. World needs a few more sales men like him. This is our 5th Toyota purchase in last 15 years and Bryant made it one of the better experiences. This was our first time at Ron Tonkin Toyota (used to be a the furthest dealership from us). We bought Toyotas from Capitol Toyota, Wilsonville, and Gladstone. Only Toyota experience that came close to this was our very first Toyota at Capitol in Salem, and that was only due to one person extreme kindness. This experience was well worth it. Thanks Bryant! Tom in finance was great too. Appreciate you guys! Buying experience was getting close to our Lexus purchases at Lexus Dealership. Cut about 30 minutes of waiting for back and forth/finance to be ready for the next customer and it would be on par.”
