βI had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The staff ( Trey, Vance and Kim)was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the whole process stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions honestly and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision.
The pricing was fair, everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprise fees. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean, and ready to go. The paperwork process was smooth and efficient, and I was in and out quicker than expected.
I really appreciated how respectful and transparent the team was β itβs rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first. Iβd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and easy car-buying experience.β

Everyone has always been kind and helpful either with sales (I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership) or maintenance work. Iβve never left feeling ripped off.β

βPortage Ford was fantastic! Our first phone call connected us to Laura, who answered all our questions in a professional and informative matter. Next we received a call from Vance, who is extremely accommodating and had the car ready and waiting when we arrived. We drove two and a half hours to see the car we found through the website. We had two other dealerships on our list, and needless to say, we did not need to visit the others.
Vance, Jay and the entire team at Portage Ford was accommodating and acted in a very professional matter.
If we lived closer we patronize the dealership for all of our service needs based on our level of comfort we felt through our sales transaction. Obviously that is not an option, however we will keep the dealership in mind for future car needs, as well as the needs of our family and friends.

βWe had a 2005 Ford F150 XLT that needed a new battery, fan motor and transmission checked out. What ensued was a month of the service advisor calling me once a week to tell me something else had broken that needed to be replaced in order to get the truck back to running. This went on for a month. We were beyond frustrated and couldn't seem to get in contact with anyone. Finally we decided to talk to a salesman that a family member had bought his truck from. My husband went in, talked with him and came home and said John is going to do everything he can to help us out. We knew we were going to have to get a new truck so my husband had mentioned a truck I had found on their website I was interested in. The next morning we got a call from John asking us to stop in for a chat. We got to the dealership and chatted with John. He eventually left to see what he could do. He came back with the GM, Adrian. We explained our frustrations and he explained things from his point of view. He asked us what we expected. We felt that we shouldn't be responsible for almost $4000 (give or take a few hundred) for a truck he told us was only worth $1500 trade-in value. He left us asking us to give him a few moments to check with several members of his team. When he came back, he offered to sell us the 2019 truck we were interested in and forgive the service debt. We looked at each other shocked. We couldn't believe what we heard. We had to have him repeat it. Yes, new truck and forgive our service debt and basically sign the old truck over to them. We couldn't express our thanks to either John or Adrian enough. We went home with our new truck and a frustrating service experience behind us. I would whole heatedly recommend Portage Ford as a place to go for buying a vehicle, but also for service. We have been going to Portage Ford (previously known as Hill Ford) for the past 20 years for service and this was our first and hopefully only bad experience. Thank you so much John and Adrian again!β

βThe customer service reps and finance person is always up front and informative about buying or leasing a vehicle. I really appreciate Vance who helped me with my new vehicle and info that I needed clarification on. Along with Kim the finance lady who helped with the papers at the end. She also clarified with me about the protection plans that I needed to decide between. Ive got my last two vehicles at portage Ford and both times have had excellent service, along with routine maintenance appointments as well. Very kind and professional.β
