I like to wait a bit before leaving reviews so I can speak to the full experience—and overall, it was a very positive one. From the test drive through the purchase, everything was handled with transparency. Any concerns I had about the vehicle were addressed immediately by their on-site mechanic team. One of the mechanics even joined me on the test drive to go over everything in real time, which gave me a lot of confidence. On the financial side, they were straightforward and didn’t try to add any unexpected fees—I always knew exactly what was going on. Customer service was excellent. Mike (the salesperson featured in most of their photos) was very attentive and even took a call after hours. He did a great job throughout the process. The truck didn’t come with a hitch, but they offered to install one at no additional cost. They initially ordered the wrong part, which required rescheduling, but they made up for the inconvenience by filling up the gas tank, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and honest experience. I would absolutely consider buying from them again.”
