Fiancial manager is fabulous and worked to get us the best deal… the transaction happened easily within a day.. no stress no back and forth. “Do Not Trust This Dealership I drove 12 hours to this dealership to ensure my 24-year-old daughter was not being taken advantage of. Prior to arriving, we were repeatedly assured by Jim, the General Manager, that the 2022 Honda Accord was in excellent condition. That was completely false. Upon inspecting the vehicle in person, we immediately found: • A golf-ball-sized hole in one of the tires • Severe dents in the body, running nearly wheel to wheel • Dented rims When I calmly questioned these issues, Jim became defensive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He actually threw a fit, abruptly stated “the deal is off,” then minutes later claimed he never said that. The behavior was dishonest, erratic, and completely unacceptable especially from a GM and he did it in front of my children. The only positive experience was Rick, the finance manager, who was professional and helpful and spent a lot of time to try to get us the best deal. Unfortunately, his efforts were overshadowed by Jim’s conduct. Because of the GM’s lack of integrity and professionalism, we walked away from the deal. We immediately went to Nissan Honda, where we received an excellent deal, transparent communication, and outstanding customer service everything this dealership failed to provide. I would strongly caution anyone, especially parents helping younger buyers, to inspect everything closely and be very careful dealing with management here. Long drives, time, and trust were wasted.”

“Horrible inconsiderate manager. He was very friendly at first no surprise to that he’s a salesmen. I was sold a used 2020 Honda crv and I was told it was in good condition and had no problems. Not even 2 days later my engine started overheating and I had to pull over and let it rest and put coolant. Same problem kept on occurring for weeks even though we brought it to the shop and we were told it had to no problems. Within almost a month the car had more issues to it and even the engine light was on, and that’s when we brought it to the shop again and we were told the damages were 4000 dollars. I find it crazy someone can sell me a car not only used but managed to make it from 21k to pretty much 30k once fully paid off AND WITH PROBLEMS. I have a pregnant wife and we had to travel far with that car, he’s putting our lives at risk for selling us a bad car. He then tells us he feels “bad” for us and would hate to be in our situation and won’t do anything to help us. He also thinks it’s right to email my mother who is helping me out in this situation saying “NEVER CALL US”. Disgusting. If you don’t want to be absolutely ripped off do NOT come here. He will probably reply saying it was “my fault” the car has its problems even tho the problems started not even 2 days after driving the car”
