“We purchased a 2013 jeep grand cherokee from a different dealer with an extended warranty from our bank. It broke down on us in July. By month 5 of us not having our vehicle and getting fed up we had it brought to Fox Hill where Zach in the service department has been nothing shy of amazing! Fox hill gave us a loaner and took their time communicating with our warranty company to figure out what was going on and best approach. After 3 additional months Fox Hill gave us back a beautifully running vehicle! We didn't purchase ours from Fox hill but they will definitely have our business for a future purchase and all future maintenance on both of our jeeps. Thank you guys so much!!!”

“UPDATE: I also wanted to share how at the end of last year, this dealership tried to sell me $3,600 in repairs for a check engine light. They provided a list of things that were wrong. Car ran fine afterwards. Had it checked again this week by 2 separate mechanics. I literally paid them more money to diagnose my car and what they shared with me was no where near the extent of what this dealership said. I had one of the shops I looked do even more work than way required (since I am cautious about my car) and it was still less than $1,500.... AVOID FOX HILLS AT ALL COSTS! Booked an oil change for my Grand Cherokee. Their price was almost double compared to what I paid last year so I looked at Dick Scott roughly .3 miles down the road. Their price was much less so I cancelled my appointment at Fox Hills and booked with Dick Scott. Just beware when getting work done with Fox Hills in Plymouth”

“We had the BEST experience with the used car department, bought a 2025 Pacifica. Gary was helpful, organized, to the point and genuine, as were all the other employees we came in contact with. They were very professional, honest and kind. I HIGHLY recommend using them.”

“Buying this truck wasn’t an impulse, it was something I worked toward deliberately. Because of that, who I worked with mattered just as much as what I bought. Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep made the entire process feel straightforward and respectful from start to finish. The dealership runs smoothly, communicates clearly, and handles details the right way, which says a lot before you even get to the vehicle itself. I worked directly with Gary, and he was exactly the kind of person you hope to have in your corner for a purchase like this: steady, honest, patient, and fully present. There was never pressure, never confusion, and never a moment where I felt rushed or “sold.” Gary followed through on everything he said, stayed ahead of the details, and answered questions directly. That consistency builds real trust, and it’s something I don’t take lightly. The truck arrived exactly as promised, and the experience from start to finish reflected real pride in both the work and the customer. If you’re looking for a dealership that does things the right way, and a salesperson who treats his word as something that matters, I can confidently recommend Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep and Gary.”

“I had a poor experience today at the fox hills jeep dealership. I bought my JL from this dealership 5 years ago. I scheduled An appointment today @8:30 am to fix my dangling mirror visor. They officially open the dealership at 9 am so when I arrived it appeared to be closed. It took me a few circles around the place to find out that the service department is open. I arrived at the service department at 8:53 am. 23 minutes late to my appointment. First my service advisor Ryan Bruyere told me that I will needed a ride because I have to drop off my vehicle. It’s will take them till 4-5 hours just to have a technician look at it. It will also cost $165 just to look at it. Given that it’s a common issue with JLs and JTs I was surprised they don’t have a bulk estimate on how much it would cost. Ryan Bruyere who was just not the most friendly or knowledgeable service advisor. He did not know the bulk estimate for the common mirror visor issue. I asked him “what’s the point of an appointment if I am going to wait 4-5 hours” he told me that “it’s for his time to see me” even though he provided no new information about the mirror visor. He also told me that I was half hour late even though visibility the dealership looks closed before 9 am. Two notes, I wish when I scheduled the appointment they told me that I will need to drop my car off for 4-5 hours so I could plan my day. I also wish they told me it’s $165 to look at it before giving any estimate. He just didn’t seem to me willing to have a conversation with anyone. Ryan Bruyere should work on being more helpful and willing to support the dealership customers. Poor customer service.”
