“On Thursday, February 19th, I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Jeep dealership on Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth for an oil change and tire rotation…After the service, I noticed my tire pressure warning was still showing low on the same tire as before. I also found that the wheel-lock key needed to remove the tires was still untouched in my glove box, which raised concern that the tire rotation may not have actually been performed. I called the dealership couple times and left messages for my service advisor, Nick Jefferson, but my calls were not returned. I returned to the dealership to address the issue in person. At that time, Nick apologized and the tires were finally rotated while I waited. I do appreciate that it was corrected, however the concern is that the service I paid for does not appear to have been completed initially, and the lack of communication made the situation frustrating. This review is not about a mistake — mistakes happen — but about trust and accountability. Customers rely on maintenance services being performed as documented for safety reasons. I hope the dealership improves communication and verification of completed services going forward.”

“Seriously — in today’s day and age, the service department at Dick Scott makes getting your car serviced a stress-free, enjoyable, and easy experience. Schedule your appointment in advance, arrive on time, and relax in their comfortable lounge. Don’t forget to help yourself to a cup of complimentary coffee — because before you even finish it, your service is already complete. Your freshly washed vehicle is parked outside the service area, ready and waiting to get you safely back on the road. Now that’s a great example of a brand team delivering on service, efficiency, and customer care.”

“I had a fantastic experience with the service department. On my initial visit, the staff was cordial, professional, and handled the maintenance perfectly. I had to return later due to a warranty issue; the team truly went above and beyond. My service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to listen to my concerns rather than rushing me through the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, offered a convenient shuttle service while the work was being done, and took excellent care of my vehicle. It’s rare to find a service team that is this communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“Tim is very nice! My first words were brake job and maybe a new caliper. It did take a few rounds around the car to realize what I had said. I am not a mechanic. The last quote out of many finally stated that my car needed a brake job and a reconfiguration of a caliper. That surprised me. It made me wonder about the experience on the job of Tim's mechanic. What do I know??? Turns out, I know a brake job when needed. Hmmmmm... Dick Scott is great. They price tooooooo high. I bought a battery for my car. $187.... OK, fine. Labor charge = $185. The charge is to install a battery after removing the one to be replaced. I'm thinking 4 screws, at most, for a "harness" and 2 cords, then the reverse for an install. This equals $15.42 a screw/cord. Yes, I am a dumb white chick that doesn't know when her vehicle needs a brake job. Shows the reliability of the truth of a trustworthy dealership. $15.42 a screw. Someone is getting fed tonight. Despite my thoughts”
