My sales guy Chris B, did not apply one drop of pressure. He just did what I asked and that was to sell me the car I wanted. I let Chris know I will be returning to him for my next purchase.”

“I went in 2 months ago and leased a new Equinox with them. Mitch was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process a lot smoother. By some miracle I was able to leave same day with the vehicle, solely due to their team going above and beyond. I have previously had some service done there as well, both my rear brakes and oil change were a breeze, quality service and reasonably priced parts and labor. Anthony is the service member who took care of me and he was amazing. He talked me through every price point and parts option to find what was right for me. Thanks again to this crew, this is what customer service is all about.”

“I purchased a new cargo van for work as the Internet price they had was fair.
Price that was negotiated was fair
What Isn’t fair is that the day picked it up and finally got it on the highway back home to NJ my brand new vehicle was pulling hard to the left.
The entire ride home about 200 miles I was fighting with the steering wheel
Checked the tire pressures and they were fine
Called the dealership right away and I had to hear the whole song and dance about no one is there to approve whatever needs to be done.
I don’t want to drive 200 miles to go get an alignment or get it checked out.
That’s what I have a warranty for right?
Wrong!
I want go to my local dealership around the block to figure out what’s wrong with my brand new truck
I ended up doing that today only to find out from the service rep that an alignment would be $200.
My service rep at Paramus Chevrolet, which is my local dealership, said that the tire probably sat flat for months and shifted the alignment out. That is most likely what happened.
The worst part is that I was advised that the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) was done on this vehicle eight months ago! So I basically lost eight months of warranty on a brand new truck I picked up last week with 27 miles on it.
So basically they delivered the vehicle on paper eight months ago.
How could this even be possible?
And you guys want me to call you back to buy the $3600 extended warranty?
This is madness that I bought a brand new truck and lost eight months of warranty right out of the gate.
I also suspect I qualified for a cheaper interest rate and they didn’t tell me.
I explicitly asked for a 48 month term.
He said take the 72 month and pay it down quicker, which will even out to be the same thing. They said it was too late to call the bank and get another preapproval and it would be too much of a hassle.
Just totally bad experience

“Amazing atmosphere and vibes. Miguel was an amazing person to deal with, very understanding , patient, and good at communicating, never felt like I had to be begging for his time. Greatly appreciated his attitude and also him explaining the whole process of my car purchase to my mom in Spanish, to facilitate things. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all as other dealerships tend to be. Shoutout to the TikTok account of the dealership, wouldn’t of have found my new car if it wasn’t for that. Come in and talk to Miguel !”
