I needed to deal with a Recall issue on my battery, which is never fun but the way they handled it was great. Their communication is fantastic, you can tell that they truly care about the level of service they deliver. Gabriel helped me this time and was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond. I have been a Chevy driver since I first got my drivers license over 30 years ago. This is my first JEEP and I can tell you hands-down their service is far and away better. I am a convert. “I have a new vehicle purchased in SEPT at a different Jeep dealership about 90 miles away. I did purchase all warranties with the vehicle. I took the car in to the local Jeep dealership after a couple of months when I noticed it had been slowly dropping pressure in a same tire since I purchased it, and I’d refilled it every 2 weeks. The service center checked it out and responded that it probably had a slow leak and they couldn’t find it to repair. So I asked for a replacement tire. They said no, I would have to talk to the Jeep dealership I purchased the vehicle from. What? I asked to speak to the manager, they said he wasn’t there. What? At very minimum, they could have looked up my warranties and called the other dealership to resolve the disconnect. As my first experience with Jeep, it did not set a good precedent. And it did not help that there were posters all around the service desk stating they have a deal on warranted tires. At best, ironic, worst, insult to injury.”
