MARC was the finance guy took good care of me got a good deal on an extended warranty. Jacob helped us close the deal and order my truck with all the options, Very knowledgeable individual. Picked up my truck yesterday everything was just the way I hoped The treatment was excellent. Offered to help me anytime learn all the new gadgets on my truck, which I certainly will take up the opportunity. “We had an amazing experience purchasing our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, all thanks to our salesman, Andre. He was extremely understanding and worked hard to get us everything we asked for. He truly went above and beyond. Three days after the purchase, we noticed a small issue with one of the doors. We called Andra and he immediately took care of it—no hassle at all. He even provided us with a brand new car to use in the meantime while the issue was being fixed, which we really appreciated. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you guys for making this such a great experience!”

“BUYER BE WARE!!! If I could give ½ star, I would! I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited from Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I bought the vehicle in September, and by December — after putting only about 3,000 miles on it — I experienced serious safety issues related to the tires. After the purchase, the vehicle was inspected by the body shop repairing my vehicle, and they confirmed that the tires were obsolete and severely worn, with signs of heat-related stress, uneven tread wear, and tread separation. I was also advised that the tires were more than two years old and were a low-budget tire to begin with. I provided the dealership with photos clearly showing visible wear bars very close to the tread surface. Based on the independent inspection and the documented condition of the tires, they were not roadworthy. The dealership’s general manager continues to defend the dealership and has repeatedly stated that the tires met all safety standards and were roadworthy because they “passed inspection.” However, this is completely inconsistent with the independent inspection and the photos that were taken. When I first test drove the vehicle, it was extremely dirty inside and out, and it did not appear to have gone through any meaningful reconditioning. Given the condition of the tires later documented, I seriously question whether any true inspection was performed or whether anyone at the dealership actually verified what tires were on the vehicle when it was sold. In December, during Kansas City’s first snowfall, while driving slowly and cautiously, I lost traction multiple times. I slid into two intersections, narrowly avoided being hit, and ultimately lost control before I could make it home. This resulted in roughly $6,000 in damage to my vehicle — and I was still left with the same worn tires. My concerns were reported promptly, in writing, with photos and documentation, yet I was told the vehicle was “as-is” and offered only a small discount on new tires. For a dealership that advertises “rigorous inspections,” this has been incredibly disappointing. All I wanted was for the dealership to make it right and put safe tires on the vehicle like they should have been done BEFORE it was sold. This was my first time doing business with this dealership, and it will be my last. I strongly encourage others to thoroughly inspect vehicles and tires before purchasing here.”

“We had an overall decent experience with the purchase of our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, with 1 hiccup. We drove down on a Saturday morning from 225 miles away in central Nebraska and worked with Dave and Mark . Upon arriving and test driving, we noticed the Jeep had almost 3,000 more miles on the odometer than what was advertised. I was not super impressed with that. We agreed on a price over the phone and drove there when that mileage in mind, to find out that (according to the salesman) a salesman had driven it for a while and racked the miles up. I can understand maybe a couple hundred over..... But 3,000?? That's crazy to me, and to not disclose that to us, is beyond me. We also noticed a pretty significant cut in the center armrest cover. Like it had been cut with something sharp, from one side to the other. It looked pretty bad. We asked if they could throw in a brand new center armrest cover to replace the damaged one, at $0 cost to us..... Then I'd forget about the 3,000 more miles clocked on the odometer. They agreed, and sent us a brand new replacement via UPS to our home address in NE. Overall, the Jeep is in really good used condition and still has fairly low miles, so it fit the bill for us. I would do business with them again, I just think they need to work on their communication a little bit more, that would be appreciated. But I feel like they made it right when we called them on it, so kudos to them for that.”
