“Outstanding experience from start to finish.
Marlon Bouza sold me the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From the very first interaction, he was clear, professional, and straightforward, with zero pressure, something that truly stands out nowadays.
The vehicle was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and it’s obvious that Marlon pays close attention to detail and operates with total transparency. Communication was fast, honest, and he was always willing to answer questions and help every step of the way.
If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and who genuinely delivers, Marlon is your guy. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely do business with him again without hesitation.
Thank you, Marlon, for such a solid and positive experience. 👏🚗🔥”

“Read the rest in the photos. I couldn’t fit everything; I ran out of characters.
I’m not going to be nasty and leave a 1 star review so I’m giving three because I recognize that the team was doing their job and trying to be supportive. I just want to say that the salesman Rollin Bernadin was phenomenal! However, I think the people around him failed him and the people that mentored them have failed as well.
I came in with high hopes from the reviews that I read but my experience went downhill once more and more people were getting involved in the transaction.
I went in to see a used 2021 Jeep Gladiator with a manual transmission that I saw online. I walked around outside, no one interacted with me until I encountered Rollin who actually went out of his way to interact with me. He was very kind and helped me locate the car. It was in service so it couldn’t be driven which was unfortunate but understandable.
We went inside, ran some numbers, my trade-in was valued , and the payoff was determined by my current lender. Pretty standard.
That part was fine but where I think the team failed him on the transaction was that when he had to step away, someone else attended to me in the interim, they were nice and so were the people assisting him with the transaction but the reality is that there were too many people involved in the transaction and I understand why. He’s new to the brand but not his role. The people that were supporting him were younger and polite but the interactions didn’t feel genuine. It felt extremely sales pitchy which is the exact opposite of how I felt with Rollin, his demeanor was genuine, confident, and relaxed. I feel like they turned the transaction in the opposite direction and the dealership needs to focus on training. As someone with nearly two decades of sales management experience, those days of salesmanship where you talk nice to a customer, be pushy, overbearing and try to push people into something that they don’t want can be quickly clocked by someone that doesn’t even have a sales background. People don’t trust sales people and more than ever right now.
I made it very clear that I only wanted a manual Jeep Gladiator and only a manual Jeep Gladiator from the jump because if I’m going to go into debt for a vehicle I’d might as well be fulfilled with my choice and have no regrets.
No other vehicle: I didn’t even want another Gladiator even if it was brand new never owned 2025/2026. (Which they did try to push me into) Even if they could rebate the hell out of it and make me the greatest deal. Why you may ask? Simply because they don’t have manual transmissions. The production stopped on 2024 models and they are all automatic going forward which just wasn’t going to work for me.
What I saw VS what I saw online. I can’t justify putting $9K down on a five year old vehicle. It was like seeing the dead before the funeral parlor took care of them as dramatic as that sounds. The dealer wasn’t prepared to sell the vehicle so it really shouldn’t have been listed. No sales person should have to encounter this tbh.
I wasn’t even concerned about the monthly payment because my income is really good and I would have been happy to pay whatever it was monthly even with rolling over the negative equity if I could get into exactly what I wanted even if their trade in value was low. What I refuse to do is to put down an absurd amount of money for a vehicle that’s fiver years old.
I keep on getting messages from Claire Parker trying to connect me with Jonathan Dussan. Why this random guy and not Rollin instead? More people involved. GREAT. 🙄”

“Chris was the best salesman in the whole building. He showed us what we wanted, what we could get, and other options. We closed on a beautiful 124 spider abarth 2020. He beat the previous deal we had with another dealership, and he got us a better interest rate then what Toyota was offering by over 5%. Chris was the best choice as a salesman he worked with us, was very patient, professional, provided us with any information or answers we needed, and also offered advice.”
