āWhat a great experience! I decided to stop by and look at their inventory as I have been in the market for a new car. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Bryan, who not only took the time to go over everything in great detail, but he made sure the entire process was as smooth and seamless as possible. I left with a new MDX and I couldnāt be happier. Highly recommend this dealership and if you go, make sure you ask for Bryan!ā

I donāt normally trust car salesmen I even came prepared with notes on my phone, ready to step into the shark tank. I handed over a list of demands and requests about the car and payments, and they simply said, āSay less.ā Then they actually got me a better deal!
August and Robert made the process quick and easy no BS, no games, no pressure. They did exactly what they said they would do. Honestly, it went so smooth I was nervous! I did all that preparing for nothing because they were completely transparent. Matter of fact they didnāt even ask me to leave a review š¤ I just want to get the word out for other people like me thatās had bad experiences with dealerships. To be honest Iām just happy they donāt get to rate me as a customer š

āExceptional Service from Felipe Rios at Rick Case Acura!
Review:
My car had to be towed to Rick Case Acura in Plantation because it wouldnāt start, and I was given an appointment for Monday morning. I was disappointed that Iād be without a car all weekend, but I truly didnāt have a choice. To my surprise, the service manager, Felipe Rios, went above and beyond to help me. He personally took charge of my case, diagnosed the problem, and got my car ready on Saturday ā days ahead of schedule!
Throughout the process, Felipe was professional, honest, and extremely communicative. He gave me the best possible price and kept me updated every step of the way. In a world where great service is rare, Felipeās dedication and integrity really stood out. I canāt thank him enough and highly recommend Rick Case Acura ā and especially Felipe Rios ā for anyone who values excellent service and genuine care.ā

āI went to go get my car analyzed to see why my alarm was going off, found out it was electrical. I went to Francisco Garcia to correct my phone number and still nobody called me. 5 days later when I called, of they didnāt have the correct number! Smh I stood there an extra 10 minutes to get this corrected. But thatās not the kicker, whatever they did, they did not put my bumper back on properly. I took it back and theyāre telling me it wasnāt their fault!!! But I didnāt bring my car there the way it was given back to me!!! Almost $1700 for this!!!! They said they would wash my car smh it the whole experience was subpar!!!! My bumper is still not realigned! Beware! And the service manager was of little to no help! If anyone reaches out, I need it to be the GM!ā
