āBUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible experience at this dealership.Typical dealership experience. Agree to everything the customer requests to get the sale, and then ignore them post sale. Purchased CPO vehicle. Left vehicle there for 1 week to have agreed upon reconditioning completed on curb rash on wheels, touch up paint, and emblem. I come back exactly 1 week later and nothing is done! And on top of it, I was not provided with the second key that is required with a CPO vehicle. Called GM, called management no call back or response. Took the car into service and explained what happened. They helped take care of the curb rash and second key (which took an additional 2 weeks to complete), but refuse to complete the agreed upon touch ups on the body of the vehicle. Was informed by service team, that GM declined to have the touch up honored. This was never communicated to me. I realized this after picking up the car.
12/15/25 Update: The phone number provided was for Wade Bell. Not Vanessa Torres. Found Vanessa's phone number online. Left voicemail Friday morning. Still no call back. Like I said earlier, this dealership is not honest and refuses to honor what was agreed upon. Left 4 voicemails in total, asked service advisor to have GM call me and still no real attempt to make anything right with the customer. I will NEVER do business with any Rick Case dealership ever!ā

āWhat a great experience! I decided to stop by and look at their inventory as I have been in the market for a new car. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Bryan, who not only took the time to go over everything in great detail, but he made sure the entire process was as smooth and seamless as possible. I left with a new MDX and I couldnāt be happier. Highly recommend this dealership and if you go, make sure you ask for Bryan!ā

I donāt normally trust car salesmen I even came prepared with notes on my phone, ready to step into the shark tank. I handed over a list of demands and requests about the car and payments, and they simply said, āSay less.ā Then they actually got me a better deal!
August and Robert made the process quick and easy no BS, no games, no pressure. They did exactly what they said they would do. Honestly, it went so smooth I was nervous! I did all that preparing for nothing because they were completely transparent. Matter of fact they didnāt even ask me to leave a review š¤ I just want to get the word out for other people like me thatās had bad experiences with dealerships. To be honest Iām just happy they donāt get to rate me as a customer š
Nevertheless Car sold. Happy customer š¤ā

āExceptional Service from Felipe Rios at Rick Case Acura!
Review:
My car had to be towed to Rick Case Acura in Plantation because it wouldnāt start, and I was given an appointment for Monday morning. I was disappointed that Iād be without a car all weekend, but I truly didnāt have a choice. To my surprise, the service manager, Felipe Rios, went above and beyond to help me. He personally took charge of my case, diagnosed the problem, and got my car ready on Saturday ā days ahead of schedule!
Throughout the process, Felipe was professional, honest, and extremely communicative. He gave me the best possible price and kept me updated every step of the way. In a world where great service is rare, Felipeās dedication and integrity really stood out. I canāt thank him enough and highly recommend Rick Case Acura ā and especially Felipe Rios ā for anyone who values excellent service and genuine care.ā
