“I just purchased my first EV vehicle and I could not be happier! Duane Diaz was very knowledgable, patient, and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond and I was truly grateful. I highly recommend Plantation Ford for their excellent customer service and professionalism.”

“If I could leave zero stars, I would. Plantation Ford performed unauthorized work on my Explorer, doubled the cost from the verbal estimate, then refused to provide a written invoice or explanation — even after multiple requests. Their story changed several times about what parts were replaced, and the lack of transparency is alarming. Worst of all, my Explorer is now leaking oil after their “repair,” and another one of my vehicles they serviced came back with a stripped and loose oil drain plug. Two vehicles, two different oil issues, both after their service. That says everything. This dealership has shown a clear pattern of negligence and avoidance. I strongly recommend avoiding their service department. Replying to your comment about calling the general manager. I have called and left messages, I have called and left messages with the reps and service managers but no one is returning my calls. This is a major concern as it involves leaking brake fluid which could result in an accident.”

“I’d like to thank you all for your attention, especially Ronald David, and Bárbara. Bárbara is an extremely honest person — I gave her the money for the car purchase, and she told me there was extra money and came back to return it! We’re very happy with our new car and will be back soon. Thank you so much”

“i had absolutely terrible experience with service team. Giving 3 stars only because the collision team was on point. story short in July I reached out to Plantation Ford ( closest location) to perform 10K service as well as a recall and i had a concern about a seatbelt ( u have a passenger on the back and they wear a seatbelt . at drop location u put the car on park NOT turn it off so they exit the car. as soon as they leave and u put on drive/ reverse so u continue driving on the dashboard come put message that seatbelt is NOT on ( no passenger and nothing on the seat) which very weird.) as well as the person on the phone said that my vehicle has to go to a paint check. She make me an appointment. When i went to dropped my car off I asked then if it possible to get courtesy vehicle until they check my car. I was told i cant get one because first they need to check and run test to see if they need to keep my car and that test will take at least 24h and only if they need to keep it then they will see if they can get me one. They also said that more or less that will be only if the collision department says they have to keep it. I was ok but something felt off. On the next day I called multiple times I even emailed the service guy couple times. I reached out also to main office and ask to speak with mngr - NO ANSWER. A day later ( already 2 1/5 days no car - my errands doesn't stop or my job so i had to find alternative car ) i get a call from the mngr of the collision department to inform me that it has a problem with paint and they will need to fix it so the car will stay with them for about 2 weeks and i can go and pickup the courtesy car ( he mentioned it's going to be a rental). When i went to pickup the rental this guy didn't even knew that the service department ignored my calls. The rental was disappointing ( full with scratches and smell like some smoke - but i was assured that it was cleaned before) but at least was something no mater i left them $45K car for repair. That same day after I pick up the rental in the afternoon, I get a call from the service department to let me know that my car is at the collision department and they're gonna reach out to me for further instructions and getting the rental. How bizarre is that? My car had to stay in the collision department for about three weeks, but during that time, The manager was giving me an update every single time when I was calling to check what is the ETA? He never ignore my calls. He never ignored any questions which I had which the service department did. When I went to pick up my car after a month being at Plantation Ford I spoke with collision department manager, and he told me that service department assure him that the car is good and everything is good on their side. So finally, I get my car and recently I got a new recall. This time I called Ford Pines and the gentleman who came to service the car, run the diagnostics and find out that they never closed any of the recalls which they serviced. They let them open as well as they perform a recharge Of the small battery of the vehicle, which is very concerning because they didn't make any notes why they're doing it. Which is very upsetting. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT”
