“I purchased my vehicle in April 2025. It was a very easy, seamless process. Carol was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. There was no pressure, no games, or anything of the sort. They even worked with me as it related to my credit... I have good credit, lol. But my identity was stolen back around 2018, so I keep my credit reports locked down with the CRBs. They told me which bureau they were going to use, so I only had to lift one freeze, and put it back in place when they were done, as opposed to unlocking/relocking all 3. In October 2025, I paid off my vehicle, but I never received my title. The person I spoke to at the bank didn't know from where the title would come, so I waited. After 3 months, I reached out to Huffines. Mr. Ken Winston called me back and investigated the issue for me. When I moved in July, I submitted my change of address with USPS, and I had called the bank to update them as well (I thought they submitted the title application); however, after speaking with Mr. Winston, I realized that I had made a mistake and should have updated the dealership as well. The dealership submits the title paperwork, not the bank who gave the loan. So, he kindly explained the issue and just to make my life a little easier, he offered to resubmit the title application with my current address. I have no complaints, and I am grateful for all of his assistance.”
