“Service review: I’m real not AI: Jason Potash was excellent. He was courteous, communicated frequently and provided wonderful service. The lounge was impressive. However, upon arriving, I waited 15 minutes, there was no line of customers ahead of me. I had an appointment scheduled. Service took over three days for an oil change and to repair a simple door fix. No courtesy car was provided. And when I picked up my vehicle, no car wash was offered. Cashier was extremely cold and never said thank you. She argued with me over an official Mopar coupon. I will return to Jason in the future, however, the poor reputation of a Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Jeep dealer is justified. Will they ever get their act together?”
