“Never purchase a vehicle from this location. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Mr. Flin was more worried about how I was going to pay for the car then anything. He treated me as if I was not able to purchase the vehicle. Mind you I paid for the vehicle in full. I told him this was a daily driver he blew me off. He also was talking about me to the finance officer not realizing I was standing outside the door. I told him this was my 6th vehicle from this particular brand. So my spouse starts talking to him about cars Porsche to be exact. He starts bragging about his own '81 like Oh... they're expensive. Little did he know I had just purchase a new one 2025 for my birthday a 911 Turbo. I wrecked my daily driver so this is why we were at this dealership. Maybe because I was in a Nissan sentra this day he thought I couldn't afford a car that was 42k cash...Jokes on him it was a rental. Never judge a book by its cover. I should have allowed the gentleman that spoke to us when we first arrived get the sale.
Graham was my rep run from him if you decide to purchase a vehicle here. Graham was a white male. I'm a black female the gentleman that greeted us was a black male, the finance rep was Vietnamese or Asian just painting a colorful picture. It has been 2 months this Saturday I've yet to receive a thank you call or card for purchase and I've yet to receive the title. I called the dealership on 1/20/26 spoke with registration rep who said the title documents were just sent over between 1/12/25 and 1/16/25. The vehicle was purchased on 11/24/25, I also left a message for the Michael Bashara the General Manager to contact me currently waiting.”

“Purchased a Lexus Rx350 for my wife from the salesman, Bob. We heard a knocking sound coming from the steering column when we took our test drive. We told Bob about it and asked if the service warranty would cover the repair. He said it would.
So my wife went to a Lexus dealership close to her work, and was told by them that the whole column needed to be replaced for over $4,000 and that the warranty did not cover it. Furious, I called Bob and told him the situation. Before I could even begin to ask what he was going to do about it, he said "Bring it in and we'll take care of it."
Not only did they take care of it, they found an issue with the axle and took care of that, as well. We were so impressed with their service, we bought another Rx350 for me!
I highly recommend Gillivers in Plano, and ask for Bob!!”

“I made my first-ever vehicle purchase on my own on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Gulliver Auto in Plano, and the experience was absolutely amazing. I drove in from Cleveland, Texas, and it was well worth the trip—I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
I came in with a trade-in, less-than-perfect credit, and a smaller down payment, but Michael Bashara, Mark, and Jimmy made a deal happen. They took all the stress, headache, and anxiety out of the process and made it simple and straightforward. My entire day wasn’t spent at the dealership haggling—they got everything done quickly and professionally.
