“We met with Chris Liu just before Christmas to look at a few cars. We showed him the 2 cars we were interested in. Right away, he had both cars upfront for us to try them out. Both cars were very clean and in great shape as can be seen. Chris was very Professional. He was Curteous as he listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. The place was very Immaculate and very clean. Gulliver Auto is very well run. There are several departments that help with each leg of the buying process. This is probably the best experienced I have had in buying a car, my Son agreed. They are Japanese owned and now just breaking ground in the USA. As I said, Chris is very Professional, Courteous and just a very Nice Person to work with. We plan to visit him again in the very near future ! Thank you Chris !!!”

“After researching Toyota Highlanders in the DFW area, I found a very nice 2017 Highlander in a rare spec on the lot at a reasonable price. I came in contact with Chris who was very helpful and had the car clean for me by the time I arrived from Haslet. The car buying process was relatively smooth with the no haggle pricing and competitive rates through their financing connections with lenders. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I have a few critiques: The car I purchased was said to have had a thorough inspection prior to sale, but there is TPMS sensor(s) out which is causing the light to illuminate on my dash. This was supposed to be addressed prior to the sale but it was not. I called asking about the issue but was never reached back out to. Additionally, the car pulls to the right as it has not received an alignment service. I proceeded to drive my new-to-me car 5 hours back home in west texas with a TPMS sensor staring at me and a car that pulls to the right; both of which ill have to address in the near future as an unexpected expense. Like I said, it was a pretty smooth process overall, but I wish their vehicles were completely ready for the road before sale.”
