“Sales process was great. Fast, and seamless thur delivery. My BIG question is the Drug Testing policy at CarMax. Pickup the 2023 Dodge Durango with 15,653 on 01/ 14/2026. On 01/17/2026 on 1/17/2026 the Oil light warned of 6% oil level (Certifed Carmax). What happened to checking the oil? After buying 1 quart of oil it was still low. Carmax agreed to do an oil change on Monday 01/19/2023. That is why I didn't buy or wouldn't buy a Carmax warranty. Substandard work on the simplest task could cause a major problem in the future. Carmax Certified 125 point inspection must be done by some drug user that forgot to check the oil during the 125 point check.”
