“I got an instant offer from their website and I took my car in to their store to get a final offer. When I got there, they offered me $4k lower than what the online offer was. The person that handed me my key claimed that my transmission was slipping which really concerned me so I took my car to a Honda master tech and he told me that the transmission was not slipping. They made up some bs issue with my car hoping I would sell it to them for what they offered. DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR here, not trustworthy and deceptive practices!”

“Came to buy a car. Counted 6 employees standing around talking to one another. Interrupted one and was asked to sit down and wait to talk about the car I’m trying to buy until someone was available. Meanwhile I can hear all their conversations and they are just chatting away busy with their personal lives. Gonna wait it out and see what happens. But so far they have lost me almost as I walked in the door… I guess customer service isn’t what it used to be. I have been here 15 minutes and still waiting. They’re still chatting amongst themselves.”

“Sales process was great. Fast, and seamless thur delivery. My BIG question is the Drug Testing policy at CarMax. Pickup the 2023 Dodge Durango with 15,653 on 01/ 14/2026. On 01/17/2026 on 1/17/2026 the Oil light warned of 6% oil level (Certifed Carmax). What happened to checking the oil? After buying 1 quart of oil it was still low. Carmax agreed to do an oil change on Monday 01/19/2023. That is why I didn't buy or wouldn't buy a Carmax warranty. Substandard work on the simplest task could cause a major problem in the future. Carmax Certified 125 point inspection must be done by some drug user that forgot to check the oil during the 125 point check.”
