“This is a little bit of a shady dealership. The sales part was fine, but the car has been the issue. The first night I brought it home, the brakes started squeaking. I took it to my trusted mechanic and turns out, I needed brake pads and rotors. Ally was (nice?) enough to cover half of the expense of new brake pads and rotors, after complaining my mechanic was too expensive (my mechanic charged $700 vs. $1,500+ at the dealership). After that, my rear hatch shocks started squeaking real bad and turns out those need to be replaced too which is another $200. The car also needed an alignment pretty bad and new front tires. The sales person claimed the car had new tires all the way around. It was clear Ally didn’t install them, someone else did… in 2021. The tread was good, but they’re cracking bad because the car sat for 2-3 years before ending up on Ally’s lot. Of course I didn’t see this at purchase because the car was so greased up. All I’m saying is to PLEASE have any car you are interested in buying from this dealership inspected by a third-party mechanic before getting ripped off. They also tried to charge me an additional $1,000 at purchase for dealer add-on’s like tint, a 2nd key fob, and other things that already came with the car… plus the tint is 100% the factory-installed tint. All they did was buy this thing from an auction, change the oil, and put it up for sale.”

She walked me through the process and helped me with the application. It was seamless. I didn't have to go back and forth with numbers.
