“Came for the price! Coming back for the service!!!!!!!!! What a great experience!!! Called them on a saturday morning because I work during the week and because they have the best price in the state on the car I was looking for. By 1pm I was driving it home. I flew in from the east side of the state. They were waiting for me at the local airport to take me to Dealership. 30 minutes later I was on my way. They had the car fully detailed, and filled with gas. All the paperwork was ready. . no waiting. Car was in mint condition. What more could you ask for? “Have had nothing but problems with the apathy of this service department. Does absolutely nothing proactive to solve car problems. If the reader doesn’t show a code, they have zero ability to troubleshoot a problem. They have had our 2024 Grand Cherokee in at least four times. The last one being four days but one was over 21 days before they could find a problem. Currently our AC is blowing 83° and we just picked it up on Thursday after 4 days. I called the service department this afternoon to hopefully get it dropped off so they could start first thing Monday. The service department MANAGER answered the phone and told me that I need to call back on Monday and talk to my service rep. He’ll leave a note. Super great customer service. If you can go literally anywhere else, I would recommend it.”
