“Went there to look at a used truck and it was dirty when we first arrived, salesperson said they would get it all cleaned up . We agreed on a price and ended up buying it but did not get out of there till 15 minutes after closing. The next day when it was light out we went through it ,folding the seats down and there was dog hair all through it, chips and scratch marks on the paint, Plus the vehicle was supposed to be Ford certified and never received any paperwork on the vehicle saying that it was Ford certified, so we called the salesperson and ask them to send us the paperwork and the salesperson sent back a blank contract with no information on it, then they sent us an email stating how they strive to make every sale a complete satisfaction and gave a number to reach out to their management team, so we called and it's just a random number to any salesperson who's available and we left a message and never got a call back ,once you buy the vehicle they could care less, they're so dishonest you almost have to take a lawyer with you to make sure you're getting everything that they promise you .”

“Was in the need of a bigger vehicle and was able to talk to Sarah Eder about what I was looking for and my budget and she had matched our family to the perfect car. It was 100% the smoothest car buying process I have ever been through. It was quick and easy all thanks to Sarah! Highly recommend going to see her at Shults Ford in Harmarville!
The environment in general was so calm and peaceful.
Also a shout out to Nikki in financing, she took her time explaining the warranty packages and bundles and deciding what was best for us, but also had us in and out of her office in no time.”
