“I’ve been going to Ron Lewis Jeep for about five years now for all my oil changes and inspections. I never had any problems. I recently had to get new headlight bulbs- fair price and I was out in 1 hour. I think their prices are reasonable and the service is great! I have total trust in these guys. The guys at the garage are always so polite and helpful. I’d rather get my Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced by guys that work on these Jeeps all the time than a local auto repair shop. You get what you pay for! Thanks to the big guy at the garage! He’s always so friendly and helpful! :)”

“They returned my vehicle with a damaged exhaust system. They had to remove the exhaust to access the repair that was being made under warranty. They very clearly caused severe damage while working on the vehicle. They ripped through my flex pipe, punctured holes then tried to weld over them (which is illegal) and applied a new clamp so tightly that it crushed and cracked the exhaust pipe. I assure you, the exhaust damage was not present prior to drop-off. They then refused any responsibility. Service manager is extremely rude and does not care about his customers. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THESE CRIMINALS!”
