My recent visit was again exceptional. Thank you to Bethany especially, she was kind and informative. The mechanics name was Chris and he addressed my concern. Thanks again, hopefully when we make our next purchase we can say the same for sales!! Toms always been great on that side also.

John and Fred were extremely helpful with my Honda Civic repair. Dean Honda was the only dealer in the tri-state area with the necessary part for the repair. I called on a Saturday to see if they could possibly get the car in on the following Monday since my daughter was traveling home to Cincinnati on Tuesday. Their repair schedule was full for that day but John and Fred found a way to get our Honda Civic serviced. This was the first time we have ever used Dean Honda for service on our Honda vehicle. I was so thankful my daughter's car would be safe to drive for her long trip. The customer service that John and Fred provided was exemplary!!!! You have a wonderful service team at Dean Honda. Thank you!

Went in for transmission fluid change that was suppose to cost 209$ and rear differential fluid change at 160$ and I have absolutely no faith in they did either although I got a receipt that says they did the transmission fluid change and I agreed to the (transmission breather cleaner) not knowing what it even was for 105$ and I had to google and watch a video on it to get an idea of what it was but according to google could be a number of things so I'm still not certain of what they even trained to claim they did although they did have an explanation that didn't make any sense, so I suppose the transmission was clogged although I was told it was overfilled at the same time and it started draining out all over the place which is impossible but I suppose it was clogged according to them although it has never shuddered and especially never slipped and I just wanted routine maintenance done but it needed a (transmission breather cleaner) and I haven't felt any issue in the 800 miles I drove the vehicle. They told me my oil was leaking so I paid for their 109$ oil change that is about 40$-50$ over the going rate so my oil didn't mysteriously start leaking and I was actually afraid they might sabotage my vehicle if I didn't go along with being scammed right in front of my face and they told me my brakes are bad so I took pictures of the pads all the way around so everyone can see the depth of my brake pads being (brand new) which they should have known since I had a temporary plate on the vehicle from (Honda Valley Monroeville) where I bought the vehicle 3 weeks ago and I had an oil change by a place I trust 3 days after I purchased the vehicle and put a new engine air cleaner filter in. So my total was 407$ out the door and they wanted close to 900$ for probably parking my vehicle for a few hours and telling me it's ready and they said they did the rear differential fluid but there's nothing in writing saying they did so I know this wasn't done and they could have listed it without charging it since I wanted to immediately leave as fast as possible so I told them just refill the old fluid that I guarantee they never drained and they could have handed me the notes they made on my supposed lemon vehicle I got from a certified dealership 3 weeks ago that has an inspection sticker on it for 1 year. Do not go here and I honestly believe they might have loosened a plug or the filter to make the vehicle leak oil if I didn't go along with their scam which would destroy the engine and this is by far the worst pressure scam place I have ever been to so if you want them to destroy your vehicle then bring it here and I wouldn't consider buying a vehicle here either and there was no low oil pressure lamp and the oil life said 100% when I went in so the "oil leak" was lie and people need to stop with the "it isn't Honda it is the privately owned dealerships" because this could be easily remedied and Honda of America could run random investigations since there's no shortage of Honda dealerships that will way overcharge you or out right lie to you or have you paying for work you do not need that seriously doubt they're doing and this can be proven unless they're using the same exact color oil filter as the last place I went to and I doubt it (which is now blue) so I'll ask Kwik change on Babcock blvd what color oil filter they use.

I had been using this dealership’s services for about two years, and as long as I was only doing regular maintenance, everything was fine. However, the day my car developed a serious issue and needed repairs, the experience turned into a nightmare. I own a 2018 Honda Accord 1.5 with 100,011 miles at the time. I was told I needed a head gasket replacement, which cost me $5,000 — not counting the $2,500 I had already spent on other parts they replaced earlier, claiming those were the problem. When they first completed the gasket replacement, I drove just 300 feet before the check engine light came on. I had to return immediately, and they gave me a loaner car while they worked on it again. After a few days, I picked it up, but within about 60 miles of driving, I noticed a large oil leak in my garage. I had to add two liters of oil myself before bringing it back yet again. Only after that visit was the repair finally done correctly. In total, my car had to be returned multiple times over the course of a month due to poor workmanship. I do want to thank Fred, who was respectful and prompt in trying to help me. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the other specialists I dealt with. In the end, I decided to sell my car for $12,500 because I had no desire to ever repeat this kind of experience at a Honda dealership.
