“I purchased a Honda from this dealership and received excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Recently, I needed to replace the brake pads and discovered that the wheel lock key was not included with the vehicle at the time of purchase. When I contacted the Parts Department, I was informed that a master key set is available but requires a $300 deposit. While I understand the need for a deposit, I asked whether an alternative, such as leaving my driver's license, could be considered. The request was immediately denied without any apparent effort to explore other options. As a customer who purchased a vehicle from this dealership and has invested significantly in it, I expected a higher level of customer service. I will be discussing this matter with the Service Manager. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively impacted my perception of the dealership and my willingness to return for future service.”

I had an appointment for only a transmission fluid flush waited from 9-3:30. Was very rude about the longest job which should be an in and out job. Never apologized for the long wait. I called around 1pm to see if I could get an update but he was out at lunch apparently the front desk can't check if my car was ready or not. He then calls me at 1:30 told me it would be ready in about a half an hour (2pm). I didn't get there until 3:30 and he says "perfect timing" yet still not done with the paper work. He seems like a slacker. I asked him if there was a reason for the extended wait time after saying it should only be a few hours. Then uses all the excuses under the sun to not take responsibility. Then lists all of the other dealers he worked at. Not sure what that has to do with anything. Says there is only 2 people working in the back. Definitely never coming back here after coming back tomorrow because they didn't put my glovebox together properly and it doesn't close now. So I call back still no apology for anything. He tells me that since they do the multi point inspection they have to take the glove box apart to get to the cabin filter. Since I have almost 90k miles on my 2022 Honda I've had serviced quite a few times and never had to wait all day for a transmission fluid change. Then after it took all day it's not even put back together properly. This is the worst service I ever experienced and never received one apology. Sam is literally the worst person for a customer service advisor. Bad bad bad bad bad bad. No wonder he has worked at so many other dealerships because he is terrible at his job. I had to have the tire replaced which was done in less than 45 mins so thank you so much. That team is great and respectful never had a bad experience there.
