“Excellent excellent excellent! I've had the best customer service experience with everyone I've come into contact with at Giles but especially my service advisor, Jennifer. I've had meltdowns over an issue with my car recently and she has been like a comforting friend helping me walk through the issue and making sure I knew it would be taken care of. I can't imagine how I would have navigated this situation without her. She's amazing in every way possible.
I also have to give a big shout out to Chad in sales as well as the finance team. I've gone back and forth for over a year considering trading my car in for a new one. Every time I reached out, he was patient and kind as he looked at numbers for me to see if I could fit it into a tight budget. I finally bought a new car today and he was the same calm and awesome person he has been for the past year. I appreciated that he never once pressured me.

“If I could rate this place lower, I would. I drove several hundred miles to purchase a car and the salesperson didn’t even know that the car was already sold. He even called ten minutes before we arrived to tell us he would be pulling up the car they already sold. There was never an apology and he tried to turn it around on me and said I should have place a deposit down. Well that option was never offered or discussed, so I did not know that was available. I’m sure they will repond to this review and attempt to save face. Management was never offered, but I am sure they will see this review and not be happy. It’s funny that on the way home an NPR news story talked about how car dealerships were losing out to online sales. How ironic! After today’s experience, I can confidently say that Giles Hyundai should not earn your business. Their salesmen lacked empathy and if something goes wrong, they will place the blame on the customer. That is not good customer service. I recommend going to Baton Rouge for your Hyundai purchase and stay away from Giles Hyundai. Let the response/excuses begin.”

“Clayton Smith was an excellent salesman! He took his time to show me many different Hyundai’s and allowed me to test drive everyone of them. He worked with me on everything and set up my blue link as well. I will definitely ask for him when I purchase another vehicle”

“I had a great experience with Preston Dixon. We talked over the phone. I told him what I was looking for. He went above and beyond. He showed me a few cars helped me pick out what I liked. He was knowledgeable and kind. Everyone was so nice a helpful through the whole process. I recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle check him out.”
