“I’m very disappointed with the customer service and service scheduling at Wright Hyundai. While they advertise free services for customers who purchase a vehicle from them, the reality is that getting an appointment in a reasonable timeframe is extremely difficult.
As of January 9th, the earliest available appointment—whether drop-off or wait—is February 18th, more than a month away. This appears to be the normal timeline, not an exception. Free services don’t mean much if you can’t actually get your car seen when you need it.
I also experienced a check engine light issue, and despite explaining the urgency, no exception could be made to see my vehicle sooner. I ultimately had to take my car to a different Hyundai dealership much farther away just to get it addressed.
Additionally, I had an unresolved issue related to a spare tire for my Hybrid Santa Fe. I called twice asking whether it was even possible to have a spare tire stored under the car and what the cost would be. The employee I spoke with didn’t know and told me he would call me back. That was over a year ago, and I never received a response.
My experiences were enough that a family member ruled out this dealership entirely, even though Hyundai was offering better incentives than other major SUV manufacturers at the time.
I’m leaving this review to warn future buyers: do not assume you’ll be able to get timely service or consistent follow-up just because it’s included with your purchase. If reliable service access and communication are important to you, this is something to seriously consider before buying from Wright Hyundai.”

“I had a great experience! Everyone was very pleasant and Ron was a wonderful salesman! He listened to everything I was looking for and helped me to bring home my very first new car!! He even stayed late to get me through the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership and Ron!”
