“There’s a lot of lies of miscommunication dealing with Valley car group or overstock please be mindful before you buy vehicles from them or do your homework and due diligence on the vehicle that you’re purchasing going to get your own inspection. they are clearing codes It’s a bunch of run around there they will have you signed the contract what a bunch of fast talking gibberish very dishonest, but makes it sound like the truth just so they can lock you in my vehicle took a Little over a month after I signed the Contract on September 3 to receive a vehicle with the first payment, only 11 days away, now my vehicles in the shop and dealership saying that they cleared codes because there was no way that that vehicle should’ve left their yard in that type of condition”

“I purchased a vehicle with this dealership 2 months ago. I thought everything was good until I didn't receive my license plate. I called them, no answer. I messaged Justin who helped me with the process only to be ghosted. I only kept getting excuses. That they submitted everything to the DMV and that it was there fault I hadn't received my license plate. That was until today I had to loose half a day of my work to go to the DMV and being told the vehicle was barely registered 7/16/2025 two months after payment and everything was already processed. They never responded me about anything. It's sad that due to poor miscommunication they would loose a customer. I get mistakes happen, but when they don't do anything to resolve the issue that's not right. They only care about the customer until they get paid. Any mistakes after they get paid they don't care. I”

“I spoke with the representative over the phone and texted him pictures. He mad his offer came to my house and looked at my vehicle. We went to the bank and he transferred the cash. No going to the dealership, he didn't try to take me out at the knees and was very professional. Easiest car selling experience ever. Just wish they had the vehicle I wanted to buy because I feel the buying experience would have been just as top notch as the selling.”
