Angela is amazing!!! Service on the other hand…. I’ve driven UNDER 1000 miles, I’m having to dump $1,300 to replace shocks to make this vehicle safe again!! Called the dealer and they have no NOTES of bad shocks. Having owned this vehicle for 40 days and driving like a grandma and haven’t hit any curbs, I know the shocks were bad when we bought it. They thrive on saying they do this and that to make all vehicles safe, my vehicle is not safe on the highway. It wasn’t safe when we brought it home 40 days ago!!!!

I had an awesome experience working with Angela at the dealership. She was super helpful from start to finish — patient, honest, and made everything easy to understand. Dylan Cope!! That’s all I can say. He was nothing short of amazing. He genuinely cared about us and not just the car buying process. He and Sal treated my wife and I like family. I love my Wrangler I was trading in, and never considered a BMW. BUT, after meeting with them, it was a no brainer. I can’t wait to be a repeat customer! Go and see them at Chapman. You won’t regret it! Loving the 2025 BMW 3 series.

Angela was absolutely amazing to work with. From the very beginning she was kind, patient, honest, and she made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Angela explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions upfront, and never made us feel stressed. She genuinely worked with us, checked options with her manager, and earned our confidence in making a deal with her. What stood out most was how respectful and transparent she was; we felt safe, heard, and confident in our decision. This was the best experience I’ve EVER had when it came to buying a car. I very highly recommend working with her, she works very hard and puts her clients first.

I just got a wonderful 2026 X5 from the salesman, Ray S. at Chapman. We dealt remotely to work out a deal on a special order which went great and a great price. After it arrived, we arranged delivery. Ray, the delivery "Genius," Sales Management and Finance all were engaged and super helpful. They all spent a considerable amount of time working with us to make sure all the appropriate incentives were applied, we were oriented to the vehicle, and all the paperwork was straight. Overall, it was a great no-hassle experience.
