“No one looks forward to dealing with car salespeople. No one likes the haggling and paperwork. So when it came time to sell a couple vehicles recently, do know I was pleasantly surprised with the experience with Beannyth (buyer) and the dealership. She was extremely communicative, super nice, and offered fair prices for both cars, and got the transactions taken care of quickly and efficiently. No complaints and very much recommended.”

“I want to warn others about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi.
I put down a $3,000 down payment on a vehicle in good faith, believing the deal and financing had been approved. Shortly afterward, the financing apparently “fell through,” and the dealership took the vehicle back. Instead of simply unwinding the deal and returning my money, they have refused to refund my $3,000 down payment.
The situation became extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. When the car was taken back, I felt pressured and trapped at the dealership while they demanded the keys and pushed for me to sign new paperwork. I did not agree to a new contract, and I have repeatedly asked for my deposit to be returned.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this directly with management, including trying to reach Scott Stapley, I have not received my money back.
If financing falls through, the normal and fair practice is to unwind the deal and refund the customer’s down payment. Instead, I have been left without a car and without the $3,000 I paid.
This experience has caused me significant financial stress and anxiety. I am now pursuing formal complaints and dispute options because I believe customers should not be treated this way.
I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to read the reviews carefully and understand the risks before putting down any money.”

“If I could give this place 100 stars, I would!! My husband and I came out from Yuma AZ, for the Padres home opener game, and stayed at the hotel right across the street from the park, and as we started our car this morning, to head back home on our 3 hr drive, it made the loudest sound, kinda like a lawn mower, so we quickly took it to the nearest Mitsubishi service center, and from the moment we arrived, we have NEVER received customer service like we did at this auto center!! We were greeted by Ric Bakutis, and his warmth was so genuine from the start. He did advise us that unfortunately he wouldn't be able to look at our car until Monday, but we really needed to get back home, so he said he would have his mechanics do a safety check on it right away, to see if it would be safe to drive home if its something simple. So we headed to the waiting room, then a short time later, he walked us back to where our car was up on the lift, where we were greeted by 3, very kind, professional mechanics, who then told us the bad news... someone had tried to cut out my cat, but they only managed to get through a small cut, which explained the noise. They said fortunately, we would be able to get it welded once we went back to Yuma, and they offered to put a sealant on, to safely get us back home. We were able to get home with no worries at all, thanks to these amazing men at Bell Road Mitsubishi!! I will never forget the wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of service!!!! Thank you again to all of you 🙌”

“Reached out to this dealer twice no response. Finally contacted a sales person directly and made an offer on a car that has been sitting at this dealership for over 100 days.
All I got was “sorry but we can’t accept that”. No counter no nothing. When I told the sales person that I was open to a counter I end up getting a text from a so called manager who didn’t introduce himself just text me out of the blue.
When I asked if this was the sales person I had emailed with, only then did he introduce himself, total lack of professionalism.
Then called him to discuss the car and still didn’t get a counter. His response to me was we have a guy that dropped a $50k wire and is picking up the car in a couple of days.
Total BS sales tactic, your sales guy could have shared that if it were true. No surprise, car is still on the lot. You would think these dealers would want to make a deal when we all know cars are not selling especially 6-figure price tag cars, geesh. I will never chase a dealer to make a six figure sell of a car. I’m calling to give you money and you counter with a sleazy sales tactic on an exotic car that’s been sitting on your Mitsubishi lot for almost 4 months?!?
Your floor plan costs must be through the roof at this point.
C’mon man!”

“I’m blown away with my experience with this dealership and their customer service. Marco and Osman were absolutely great. They took our situation into account and made it happen for us even with our unfortunate predicament. Not once did I feel forced or pressured into my sale. I love my Outlander!”
