“The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Two days ago, we came to purchase a car, and we were told it wasn’t here and was being repaired, so we left. Today, we called to confirm and spoke with an employee named Oscar, who assured us the car was ready. We drove 40 minutes—which I had mentioned over the phone—and after arriving, we were told again that the car wasn’t here and was still in repair. When we asked why this wasn’t checked beforehand, and why we were made to come all this way, wasting our time, we were met with a dismissive attitude and brushed off. I have never encountered such terrible communication from a salesperson. Absolutely unacceptable! Completely undermines trust!”
