“oliva in sales was extremely helpful when purchasing my first vehicle she went above and beyond making the experience worth the wait, keeping me updated with the entire process as well as helping me with any issues i had during it. she was an amazing sales representative if you by chance get her she will make the entire process well worth it and make sure you walk out satisfied and happy with your purchase. nick in finance made the experience that much better he was amazing and very helpful as well with the whole process he put the biggest smile on my face when going through my paperwork and was very sweet as well as answering all my questions and helping me with any trouble i had during and after my purchase, i couldn’t have been happier with my experience with both nick and oliva they were amazing :) eli was originally my salesman and was very shady for the little time he spent helping me with the process of purchasing my vehicle he didn’t stick to his word when i had mentioned a problem with the vehicle before signing for it a problem he never got fixed and ignored all my calls when trying to reach out to him about the problem we talked about prior to signing for the car, it was very disappointing to find out he was the new manager of the dealership and was one of the most unprofessional salesmen i’d dealt with. olive and nick taking over was the root of my great experience at the dealership. i’m very HAPPY with my car 😊”

“CDJRF North Phoenix management: Sending a shout-out to service advisor Robert Williams! Best customer service I have received from a car dealership service department EVER! Robert did his best to expedite a warranty repair (rear differential on a 2022 Jeep) and the part was not expected to be available for several weeks. I was provided a rental car for as long as was needed for the repair to be completed, and he kept me informed throughout the process. In the end, the repair was completed well ahead of schedule, and he was proactive in taking care of a recent recall for the turn signal, which saved me an extra trip back to the dealership. Robert is a true professional at his job. I initially dreaded having to bring my Jeep to “the dealership” for repair work, but Robert’s friendly and professional service has changed my perception going forward. The level of service that Robert provided was outstanding and above and beyond my expectations - he deserves the kudos!”

“Purchased a car unseen - team was helpful about sending photos and I had a friend in the area test drive it for me. When I picked it up to drive it back to CA, discovered a massive hole in the sidewall on one of the tires. Had to replace the tire in Blythe and reached out to the dealership immediately asking what the process was for getting reimbursed. No response. After several reach outs, got a response that the car passed inspection and they wouldn’t be doing anything. As I found that very hard to believe, I requested that the manager, Chris, call me to discuss this and never was contacted. Disappointed in how they handled this and will be reaching out to the corporate office to share my experience.”
