“Bought a new Yukon XL about a month ago for my wife. I was told by my salesman Garrett that the headsets that come with the Yukon were with the sales manager. His words “ they are way better than the GMC headset that are stock with the vehicle”. We just need to get them from him, they are at his house. I’ve called at least 5 times and asked to speak to the manager, no calls back. I’ve reached out to Garret multiple times and he said they are working on it and if they can’t find them they will buy me a pair. But…haven’t heard back from him either. If a dealer can’t take care of something as simple as headsets, how can I trust them to actually work on my vehicle? I’m canceling the extended warranty I purchased from them and going elsewhere. I needed 3 fleet trucks for my business last week, I went to Larry H Miller and they have been great! If you want a dealer that stands behind their words and takes care of their customers, do NOT go to Auto Nation North Phoenix”

“I had my jeep towed to a mechanic twice and the mechanic couldnt fix it. Desperate, I then took it to Robert Mullins as a walk in. Robert knew what the problem was immediately. He kindly worked me into the schedule so I wouldnt have get the jeep towed again. Two hours later my car was fixed! Robert did in two hours, what another mechanic couldnt fix in over a week! Thank you!”

“Bobby and Eric took such wonderful care of us! We had an appointment which we were late for due to traffic, and when we arrived we were warmly greeted. My husband and I brought our toddler with us, and not only did he get to be part of the "testing", but they happily accommodated him with a playroom! We hung out in there and even completed our paperwork while he played by us. At previous dealerships, we've always had our kids with us and they were so miserable with nothing to do and having to sit still. This playroom was a huge game-changer and enhanced our experience! Bobby and Eric proactively brought the few cars we were interested in to the front so we were able to easily compare and test drive each one. Our questions were addressed and if we asked something they didnt know, they were transparent and found out. They were able to find me my perfect mom SUV with more features than expected. We have already, and will continue, to refer family and friends. We felt valued and heard, and im still in love with my car weeks later! This place checks all the boxes and isnt just there to make a sale. They want to help find the best car for you, are patient, and care about your littles!”
