“I would 100% recommend Larry and Gary as salesperson both are very courteous throughout the process this dealership is easy and no BS on pricing. Had a slight issue with the vehicle because TESLA’s are weird & it’s not like gas cars that will show a check engine light on when there is a problem perhaps the code showed up as soon as Tesla approved the transfer of ownership under my name. 2 days after of ownership I contacted the dealer and told what was going on and they offered a buy back but I wanted to keep the vehicle and they helped me with the repairs. Shout out to the managers Mark and Carrie for all the assistance throughout the process!! Totally understand all the negotiations took part and that was part of running a dealer. I Couldn’t do it without you so Thank you again!!! I Would be looking specifically on this dealership first when I want to switch cars again and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.”

“We visited this dealership on January 16 around 4:30 PM as serious buyers. We came specifically to look at a particular vehicle. We started by looking at cars outside on our own. One employee walked past us while checking if the cars were locked, pulling on door handles, but did not greet us or acknowledge us at all. We stood outside near one vehicle for about 10 minutes, and no one approached us. After that, we went inside the dealership. Several employees were present, sitting at their desks and talking among themselves. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help, and no one acknowledged us. We stood inside the showroom for about 5 minutes and were completely ignored. This was a very disappointing experience. We were real buyers, ready to speak with a salesperson, but ended up leaving without talking to anyone. Poor customer service. Would not recommend.”
