“I normally get nervous about taking my car to the shop since it’s an older Mazda however I don’t feel this way about Pacifico Mazda. They are all friendly and I have not had an issue. If your car is fine they will tell you it’s fine. I like the video they send you at the end showing you everything they did. They also got me an uber to work after dropping it off at the appointment then an uber to the shop to pick it up. It’s extremely helpful! Especially since it’s further out so you don’t have to pay those uber fees. I’ve waited in the lobby in the past as well and it’s comfortable and has refreshments. I spent a minute calling around before just taking my car here and can say this is the fastest easiest and most reliable option I found.”
