Drove 5 hours from NY to purchase a 2023 grand wagoneer because they had the best deal i could find within a 500 mile search. Our salesman JC Valentine helped us through the whole process. We were able to get alot done over the phone before even making it to dealership. Once at the dealership JC greeted us, made sure we were comfortable and started giving us information to go over, came back with options, and went over everything. Great experience, I highly recommend Matt Blatt's

JC helped me today. I came in mid afternoon on a holiday and he was very pleasant, helpful and honest from start to finish. I was able to turn in my leased vehicle early, and get into a new finance vehicle with no money down. I love my new car. Exceptional service!

Matt Blatt Service Center I am disgusted with the customer service I received during my vehicle repair process at this location. I dropped my car off October 27 2025 3 weeks ago for a Warranty job that should have taken less than eight hours to complete its now November 12 2025 and they still have my car. Throughout this process, communication was extremely poor. My calls and emails to Rony went unanswered, and when I did receive a response, it lacked detail and clarity. The situation became so difficult that my warranty company had to reach out multiple times but couldn’t reach anyone by phone, forcing them to email Rony directly. Only then did I learn that the $700 charge wasn’t even part of the warranty claim, and the additional work he said was required turned out to be unnecessary. I also left multiple messages, calls, and emails for Zack Everett his supervisor, none of which were ever returned. This level of unresponsiveness is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite the extended delay, I was never offered a loaner vehicle, leaving me without transportation for weeks. Because of the delay, my warranty provider was unable to continue rental coverage, which caused further inconvenience and financial strain. To make matters worse, I was quoted $700 for 4 extra hours of labor only even though the repair was fully covered under warranty — raising serious questions about transparency and fairness. Due to the continued lack of communication, I’ve decided to have my car towed and completed elsewhere. Since I’m still responsible for the $700 charge, I’ll also have someone inspect the work to confirm that the $175 per hour for four hours of labor is justified. I truly hope that management at Matt Blatt takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to prevent other customers from having similar experiences. However, based on prior reviews I’ve seen, it appears that holding vehicles for extended periods and overcharging customers has become a pattern at this location. They won’t have the opportunity to do the same to me again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My car was in their shop for 4 weeks, and I ended up paying nearly $5,000. What upset me even more was finding out after the fact that I was charged an additional 3% fee just for using a credit card—something the service advisor or cashier never mentioned upfront. That’s unacceptable. When I brought this up to the manager, Jerry, instead of offering any apology or explanation, he was dismissive and unprofessional. No accountability, no effort to make things right. In addition to that some how they lost part on my rim !!! I will never return to this dealership, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Transparency and customer service clearly aren’t priorities here

I came here after going to Cherry Hill Jeep and being treated horribly. I have been a customer at Cherry Hill Jeep for over 6 years with 2 3-year leased vehicles. We wanted to stay within the same payment; however, we were quoted the same price for 8 years to buy! They couldn't even quote us a lease price because it was $300+ more than payment. We went to Matt Blatt and had the opposite experience. Jordan in sales found us our perfect vehicle for LESS! money. My whole experience was relaxed, with no pressure and quick. The managers Nick and JT greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. Emily in finance explained everything to me and was quick and efficient. I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family. Run, don't walk to Matt Blatt for the best deal out there for your new car.
