“I will never go to a car dealership ever again. I had an amazing experience at Drive Philly. Angela was an amazing sales person. She made the whole process from start to finish very smooth and relaxing. There was no haggling or price gouging, very open and honest I definitely would recommend this place to anyone else looking for a nice used car. My Nissan Rogue had a great price and looks brand new inside and out and drives amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Angela !”

“DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE — WOMEN, DO NOT GO ALONE I purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership in early October 2025. My elderly mother purchased a different vehicle from the same dealership two weeks prior, both transactions handled by the same salesman, Jose. These were different cars, not the same model or brand. By mid-November 2025, both vehicles began experiencing the exact same issues, where the radio and dashboard would completely shut off. I initially didn’t believe my mother until it happened to my vehicle as well. I documented the issue on video and contacted Jose, only to be dismissed and told there was “nothing they could do” and that I would need to take it up with the manufacturer—despite the car being newly purchased. During the sales process, Jose behaved in an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. He repeatedly made personal advances, including offering to marry me and “take care of my payments,” even after I clearly stated multiple times that I could not afford a high car payment. At one point, he took one of my key fobs, stated he was “keeping it,” jokely of course and told me to never ever lie to him. I had just met this man. I assumed he was joking and intended to simply change the battery, but looking back, this behavior was alarming. I am now forced to further inspect the returned key fob to ensure it was not tampered with. The combination of taking my key, making advances, and then making a controlling statement was deeply unsettling. Looking back—red flags upon red flags. To make matters worse, In December of 2025 find out have to change my breaks because I then started hearing rotors scraping against my breaks. WAIT!! IT GETS BETTER, it is now January of 2026 and came across a notice that my personal and credit information may have been compromised through this dealership. This individual had full access to my personal data. Because of this, I am now being forced to seek legal counsel. They took my money and my elderly mother’s money and moved on. To end all this, my mother and I now have a monthly payment of $800.”

“Please read my experience today at DrivePhilly, and do not delete my review. This is the text I just received from one of their salesmen. This company does not value its customer’s time, so don’t waste it. I made an appointment to view a 2024 Toyota Corolla for sale today after being contacted numerous times during working hours (to which I told them not to call me between the hours of 8-4) since I am in need of a relatively newer used car. Toyotas are reliable so I figured I would take a test drive today. I cross over the bridge into Philadelphia today and arrive at the dealership, where I was simply not greeted and had to approach the front desk to remind them of my appointment. Red flag already. Next, I am sat with this one man who just asks me for my license and then states “I believe the car has been sold already”. Lovely! So what am I here for exactly? He then takes my license to be printed and says that he will “double check” for the keys. He comes back after copying my license and states the car has been sold. He then sits there on his computer for 2 minutes sighing to himself, to then I got up and left. I am more than willing to make adjustments to my schedule, considering I am a busy person, but this is no way to treat a customer.”

Give them a try you won't be disappointed and she got me into something that was in my list but what they wanted me to have.... Thanks Angela”

“Transparency post, I don’t have A1 credit, however Angela and finance team got it done for me with no cosigner and little money down! And it was a car that I actually wanted not something the banks told me I qualified for! Thanks Drive Philly for all your help!”
