“Today's visit was my yearly inspection. Mr. Joshua Sheppard who is my Service Advisor, greet me warmly upon exiting my vehicle "by my name and I'll be with in a minute". I've dealt with Mr Sheppard after changing dealership in 2018. I find him to be most responsive, meticulous, accommodating, professional, and transparent when dealing with the choices/decisions of the upkeep of my vehicle; Mr. Sheppard explain repair options without upselling me on unneeded parts/things. With explanations that a 4th grader would understand. Today's visit was most gracious. Due to removal of snow fill ice off the street for a broken pipe. My car was covered with ice which had to be chip off. Leaving a mess of salt covering the driver side. I ask if there was any way they could just spray water on it to remove it. I don't want my paint ruin, I couldn't get to a car wash. He looked at it and it was removed. Thank you Sir!”
