“Took in my car today for brake change and from the beginning to end, it was excellent customer service. Rafa greeted me immediately. He explained details and pricing and answered every question I had. Since I did not have a ride back to dealership to pick up my car, he made sure I had someone picked me up at my residence. He communicated with me throughout the day via text advising when car was ready for pick up and thr name of driver picking me up. He went above and beyond and I am very grateful for that. Also, the driver, Eulises, was very friendly, kind, and very respectful. He made me feel comfortable on the way to pick up my car. Hands up 🙌 to both of them. “Went in to see an X7, but nothing was really grabbing my attention. I had the sales representative Shayla who was helping me out, walk me around the lot and I was an X5 m60i and I test drove that and it was amazing! Shayla brought me in and we talked numbers and they were able to get me good numbers on it and I took it home that night! Shayla stayed until 1130 at night to help me get my suv! She also helped me learn my BMW controls and quirks/ features. Overall I recommend her to anyone looking to get a bmw. She’s knowledgeable and very attentive!”

“The staff there was very friendly. Not pushy. Got a decent deal. Lucinda my sales person was very helpful. The manager Rene also very accommodating. And my financial manager was super nice as well. Even 2 of the other guys helped out putting my front tag on my other BMW. (I moved from another state recently) I will return here! Edit: so they moved to a brand new building. It’s very beautiful. Brought my car in to get checked out. The guy in the service department told me it would not be until September they could fit me in! Kind of had a bit of an attitude and did not really want to help. However the mechanic was able to fit me in especially when I told him I could leave my car for 2 weeks. Thank you to the mechanic but that service guy at the desk I wasn’t too happy with………”
