“Mediocre. Staff didn't seem to communicate with each other as you'll get multiple messages from multiple people and get messages about things you've "resolved" already with someone else. If you don't like one sales person, tough luck, there's only two salesman and you'll probably work with the younger unpersonable one (Leighton). "Haggle-free zone", even though I saw they bought a car for $4000+ less than what they were selling it for... Leighton didn't even know the color of the car I looked at (even after multiple appointments 🙃). The only nice thing was the amount of cars they have and they clearly have a great detailer to clean the inside of cars (they were very clean). Still recommend going to Fargo for better service though 👍”

“Our experience was awesome from start to finish. They helped us with laying out our options. We lived far away with busy schedules. They helped us with the process from a distance & shared ideas on how to best get our vehicle. Definitely recommend!”

“I had an excellent experience buying a car and I didn’t even step foot in the dealership. The car itself was in pristine condition and exactly as advertised. Leighton was excellent to work with and made the buying experience very easy. When the car was delivered, I was able to test drive it and sign all the paperwork right on the spot as it was all organized and ready. Would highly recommend.”

“Jon and Greg were terrific. Me and my husband don't have the greatest credit but they were able to get us a beautiful pickup. We actually had a large variety of vehicles that we were approved for which was shocking considering our credit. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to go to these guys. They got us approved so they can probably get just about anyone into a vehicle. Happy vehicle hunting.”
