“Wow, worst customer service from a salesman yet. Stopped by today to take a look at the inventory, lease is up soon on my other car so I was just window shopping. I've had a Volkswagen before years ago so thought I'd see if they had anything cool. I was directed to Dave? or Daniel? Don't care, his customer service was awful. Looked like he hated to be there and when I was just generalizing what I wanted, which I did need some assistance in direction as I mentioned I haven't had a VW in a long time, he cut me off and said " well you have to be more specific" and every time I had a question he said " you're not giving me much to work with". I'm sorry, but that's not the answer to someone whose window shopping. Other ways to go about the conversation. Kept cutting me off when I was asking a question to say " VW is 10 years ahead of every model out there, so what do you mean" I decided to go to Acura. They got my business. Dave or Daniel needs more customer service training.”

The service manager is great - easy to communicate with, honest about what services are needed, and friendly. The service staff works with you to set up convenient appointments (and update them if needed!), remind you via email/text/vmail (or however you request a reminder), and deliver the whatever your car needs within the quoted timeframe. If you are waiting for your vehicle, the customer lounge is comfortable and quiet (or there is a diner next door), or they call you as soon as your vehicle is ready. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend Crestmont from a very satisfied customer!”
