I had trouble with my insurance company making my repair wait over 3 weeks for completion. My service manager Gerald was patient and cooperative while also keeping me informed of progress along the way. When approval came PN was quick to get the job done as I had been without my car that entire time. My car is as good as new thanks to Gerald and the PN team. Thanks for doing a great job!

Refused to take responsibility for severely damaging my tire. I was told they found stuff that the “other dealer missed” at first before repairs. Okay, cool. So they didn’t mention in the report before hand or when it was signed off as okay, to mention that I had a chunk? Like I somehow did that in the time I got it back within an hour? I was told sarcastically about them not mentioning the Bills sticker, but how can you even try that on me when you told me in the same breath you found important things another dealer missed to try and sell me on a power steering line? They also wanted to charge me for flushing my brakes at first, despite being there for that on 08/25, and I refused after pointing that out. It’s a good thing I have everything documented. The blackout in the photo is for my phone number. *edit here: they also attempted at first to want to charge me for a brake fluid change until I pointed out they did one on 08-25. They claim they did it for free this time, but I plan on getting that checked as well for further documentation. *last edit with timeframe proof to show everyone. Flood camera shows reaction upon noticing it coming home, included with ride to dealership, to time I arrived home. All same day. *one more edit called the number like the owner said. No answer and call back. Only responds to positive reviews lol.

Peoria Nissan has been our shop since August 2024 when we needed to replace our 21' Nissan Titan that was lost in an accident. When an issue came up when our 24' Titan had it's oil changed, they went out of their way to fix it. So, we appreciated that. We were looking to purchase another truck from them and everything went smoothly. Now we also have a 24' Frontier and we're happy with it!

Here is my personal real issues with peoria nissan and they dont care whats so ever for your safey or anything. On March 18th, 2025, I brought my car in for a motor replacement, which took approximately three weeks to complete. I picked up the vehicle on March 31st, 2025. On May 8th, 2025, I noticed a misfire and returned to Peoria Nissan. After an extended inspection, the service advisor informed me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I expressed concerns about the diagnostic trouble codes I found: P0300 – Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire P0316 – Misfire Detected During Start-Up (First 1000 Revolutions) The misfire persisted. After feeling dismissed, I decided to take the car to Rodeo Ford. Their technician inspected the vehicle for about three days and discovered a hole in the heater hose located at the firewall. To my knowledge, the car did not have any leaks when I originally dropped it off for the motor replacement. I brought this to the attention of the service advisors at Peoria Nissan but was again dismissed. The vehicle operated better for a short period, but on June 5th, 2025, the misfire returned and a check engine light came on. Feeling discouraged, I brought the car to a different recommended shop. They informed me that the cam position sensor needed to be relearned to the new motor installed in March. Once corrected, the car ran fine for a while. However, on November 18th, the turbo experienced abrupt failure. The recommended shop found multiple issues related to the motor replacement and suspension components. They discovered that the threads for the tie rod were missing, suggesting the tie rods had been over-tightened (specification: 35 ft-lbs). They also found that the turbo oil feed line was pinched, preventing proper oil flow and causing the turbo failure. These issues point to improper installation of the replacement motor. I spoke with Chris, the shop manager at Peoria Nissan, to address these concerns, but my concerns were again dismissed. At this point, we have already paid $1,800 in parts and labor for work that appears to have been improperly performed. The current repairs—including the turbo, tie rod, and alignment—are expected to cost over $1,000 more. After speaking with multiple ASE certified technician for auto mechanic for 10+ years and have there own shops said no oil got to my turbo caused the failure. They tired to use my perosnal warranty company for the work that their technician has preformed. Please be aware this might happen to you.

I bought a truck less than 30 days ago, have had constant problems with vehicle, when i take it in they cant seem to fix the issue this will be my 3rd time taking the truck in before my first payment and will probably not have the truck another week great 3 weeks in total with out a vehicle before my first payment? That is wild thought you guys are supposed to do a certified check on used vehicles? All this time yall look under the hood as well never realized they also gave me the truck with coolant bearly over the min sign and ask me for transmission fluid. Get your act together guys, then tell me you guys have no way of getting me a rental after i signed for it on my contract and make me pay my own uber home. It’s supposed to be a good experience your first buy and ive have nothing but headaches and run arounds
