“I brought my 2004 SL500 in due to a brake warning message after I was informed by another shop that the service could only be completed by a dealer. my service advisor Jeff was attentive and easy to get in contact with via text. I was able to drop the car off after hours on a Sunday for an early Monday appointment. I was very pleanstly surprised later that same day when Jeff informed me that the repair was covered by a warranty extension! After the work was completed, Jeff was able to leave the keys and paperwork with the receptionist so that I could pick the car up after the service department was closed. I highly recommend the service department at Arrowhead Mercedes! They sure make it easy!”
