“Beware of the finance department. I was told my APR would be lower and that it would even drop a point by going with Globe. That was completely untrue. They pulled a fast one—AFCU had me approved at 3.9%, and they more than doubled that rate without being upfront about it. Don’t let the finance team convince you they can “do better” with another lender. In my experience, it was nothing but misleading and dishonest. On top of that, the letter I received about their Dodge Anti-Theft Program claimed it was “complementary”—not complimentary—yet they tried to charge me a $250 one-time fee for something that was supposed to be included for the life of my ownership. Overall, the lack of transparency and misleading information was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t trust their financing process again.”
